Hi, I’m Louise.

AuDHDer, Certified Coach, and your partner in building a life that works with your brain, not against it.

For a long time, I tried to navigate the world using neurotypical rulebooks. Like many late-discovered AuDHD women, I spent years cycling through burnout, hyper-focusing, and wondering why simple systems that worked for everyone else left me feeling exhausted or misaligned.

For years, I felt like I was just going through the motions of a life meant for somebody else. Discovering my own AuDHD wasn't just a label, it was the ultimate missing piece of self-discovery that allowed me to stop pretending and start truly living on my own terms.

Now, as an Advanced AuDHD coach trained through ADHD Works, I help women untangle the complex, beautiful paradox of being both Autistic and ADHD. I combine evidence-based executive functioning strategies with deep empathy and lived experience to create a coaching space where you never have to explain or justify how your brain works.

What is AuDHD?

AuDHD is the dual occurrence of Autism and ADHD. It’s a unique neurotype where two seemingly opposite brains inhabit the same nervous system.

It often feels like a constant internal tug-of-war: the Autistic side craves predictable routine, sensory safety, and deep structure, while the ADHD side hungers for novelty, dopamine, and spontaneous change.

Because these traits can mask or amplify one another, AuDHD often presents as a cycle of hyper-focus and sudden burnout, intense curiosity alongside sensory overload, and a deep desire for connection paired with social exhaustion.

It is not a deficit, but a complex, highly dynamic brain wiring that requires its own tailored rulebook to thrive.
